A feature earns a page when two things are true: it behaves in a way you could check and disagree with, and rival apps handle the same thing differently enough that a table teaches you something. "Fast logging" fails both tests. "Steps are read from Apple Health and never change your calorie budget" passes, because it is a rule with a consequence and other apps chose otherwise.
